If you choose any prepaid 6 month subscription plan, your Clean Girl Kickstart box ships ASAP after you place your order! All themed subscription boxes after that will ship around the 15th of the month.
If you choose a monthly or bi-monthly subscription, your box ships on the 15th of the month.
At checkout and then again on the first of the next month!
There is no commitment period with Gigi's Crate monthly subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription before your first box ships, we will cancel the order and refund you your money. If you are an active subscriber and cancel your subscription after you are charged on the 1st of the month, we will still ship you that month's box unless you contact hello@gigiscrate.com to request a refund for that month.
We have a strict no refund policy for all quarterly subscriptions!
Yes! We only use shredded paper filler, cardboard, honeycomb packing paper, and twine when assembling a Gigi's Crate. We will never use bubble wrap in securing the products shipped to you.
